Lessons and Pricing
Currently, Torey offers an Intermediate/Advanced Level mat class. This is a great high-energy class designed to develop core strength and overall tone and flexibility. New clients who want to join this group mat class need to start by working with Torey one on one in private or semi-private lessons to become familiar with the exercises. This insures you get the most benefit from your workout and remain safe. The group mat class is a 45-minute class that meets Tuesdays 6-6:45pm. This class is scheduled on a quarterly/Seasonal schedule. We meet at 25 Sheldon Blvd. in the former YWCA Building across from the Children's Museum in downtown Grand Rapids. Group classes are a great way to get in shape in a fun and supportive community. If you have a group of friends, family, or co-workers interested in learning Pilates, please contact Torey to discuss forming a class.
In 50-minute lessons, Torey tailors workouts to help each client sculpt and strengthen, and build proper muscular alignment. She has worked with clients of every size, and all levels of age and fitness. With her knowledge and support, you can safely reach—and maintain—your health and fitness goals.
